With so many differing theories and definitions, Award winning writer/performer Bradley McCaw speaks to published writers and historians of the art form creating an enduring resource to writers, creators, & artists for years to come.
During this 7 episode series the podcast takes you through France in the early 19th century, to Germany during the Weimar period and to the United States to uncover some of the lesser known tales associated with cabarets history.

ABOUT BRADLEY MCCAW
Bradley McCaw is an Australian performer, composer, playwright, actor, orchestrator and musician. He has worked onstage playing lead roles in countless musicals and toured the world with International singing group ‘The Ten Tenors,’ which included an internationally televised performance at the 2004 AFL Grand Final. He was the winner of the 2012 International Cabaret Showcase with his one-man show, Cabaret: The Complete Unauthorised Biography, which toured Internationally including a sold out performance on "42nd street" as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival.
His show 'The Fastest Piano in The West' was a Headline act aboard Royal Caribbean, Viking, Holland America, Princess, Regent, Seabourne and Oceania Cruises. It has now been performed over 40 times all around the world.
His musical works include The Oasis, A Little Princess, & Becoming Bill which will received its Premiere production at the Brisbane Powerhouse in August 2019.
He has produced and orchestrated three musical theatre recordings; Becoming Bill (2017), The Oasis (to be released in 2019) & Any Moment (to be released in 2019) and is the host of the 'Making Musicals’ podcast series distributed by That’s Not Canon Productions.
In 2015, Bradley graduated with a 'Masters in Music Studies' from Griffith Conservatorium of Music, receiving a 2015 Griffith Award for Academic Excellence.
